Student Services Call Center

The Student Services Call Center is part of the Enrollment Management unit within the Division of Academic Affairs. Our goal is to enhance customer service to those who contact the University by telephone by providing answers to the majority of caller questions within one conversation, improving the call completion rate, reducing wait times for callers, and reducing call transfers. 


The Student Services Call Center answers inbound telephone calls to the University for services provided by high volume offices, as well as, conducts personal outbound calling services that support special outreach and retention projects to facilitate enrollment and success.
